The client is a leading company in the field of social security, with a presence throughout Chile. Until before the arrival of CleverIT®, the company did not have the necessary infrastructure to display its multiple API services in a secure, fast and scalable way. This is because they did not have a proxy for exposing their APIs and, in addition, they did not have experts in the field on their team.
Thanks to our alliance with this IT giant, we have highly qualified professionals, who did a great job with the client. To solve the problem of APIs, an infrastructure was implemented in Apigee (from Google Cloud) using a hybrid architecture, thus centralizing the exposure of APIs through a network project with different workloads, implemented on Kubernetes Engine and the services of Indra and Minsait.
Our experts carried out the entire process with the validation of RFC standards for security, implementation and optimization.
The expertise and technical work carried out by our team together with the client allowed us to centralize the exposure of APIs through the implementation of:
Oauth2.0 protocols: to authenticate Apigge services.
DNS Peerings: for dynamic DNS services on internal and external Google Cloud resources.
Development, QA and Production Environment: for a secure development cycle.
This involved an 80% improvement in hybrid communication systems, together with a 100% improvement in Proxy management systems with Apigee and in the Google Cloud monitoring system for logs and resources. This is based on the architecture redesigned by CleverIT®, applied to the guidelines of the hybrid business model that was managed with entities external to the customer.
With these improvements, the customer was able to implement a new service for its users in Chile, in addition to going into production before the end of 2022. This is because they had the opportunity to work together with an efficient team committed to providing them with a good service.
