At CleverIT, we are committed to innovation and the adoption of advanced technologies to enhance our capabilities and provide cutting-edge solutions. In this document, we present several success stories where CleverIT has been a protagonist in the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) and its integration into our internal processes and products.
Our approach has been strategic, establishing key partnerships with technology giants such as GitHub, Microsoft and Google. Through training programs and the implementation of AI-based solutions, we have managed to significantly transform our operations, optimizing both the time and the quality of the results.
Below, we detail the initiatives and projects that have marked a before and after in our company, showing how AI has boosted our efficiency and capacity for innovation. From GenAI skills training programs to the implementation of intelligent assistants for generating evaluations and CVs, each project reflects our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
We created an adoption program strategically focused on partnerships with GitHub, Microsoft and Google, three technology giants with whom we have built strong alliances over the past few years. This program aims to develop skills to:
The focus of this initiative was to build a program that could be aimed at technical collaborators, but also at non-technical collaborators; the transversality of this knowledge is key, so we have different levels of difficulty and deepening new skills.
As part of strengthening our teams, a GitHub Copilot adoption program was also created for our customers. This consists of training engineers in different areas, such as Back End, Front End and DevOps mainly.
In the process, we take care of measuring qualitative metrics with the survey module of Groowcity, and quantitative metrics with our Performance Dashboard (based on the SPACE framework). This program is currently part of our offerings available to CleverIt customers.
Within the AI Center of Excellence promoted by CleverIT, an internal group of enthusiastic Artificial Intelligence volunteers was also formed, where new technologies, techniques and ways of doing things with AI are constantly being researched to make the most of it. In the first results, different achievements stand out as a result of the discoveries of this group of Clevers:
Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) applied to iPOM: We use the RAG technique to create agents with additional context information to the one already entered. In addition, we use various AI services, starting with an OCR enhanced with specific LLM models to extract information from complex documents such as the iPOM, together with the use of vector databases and embedding models, together with ChatGPT for final interaction.
Data Grounding for equipment knowledge: With this process, we connect an agent directly to the databases of our internal platforms, obtaining accurate information about the Clevers, their skills, experience, and other factors. This has allowed us to answer questions such as “How many senior developers have a C1 level of English?” or “How many semi-senior back ends are running Next.js?” , among other similar ones that allow the different teams and areas to be better mapped.

This is a success story that has paid off both internally and externally for CleverIT, allowing us to improve the skills and knowledge of our teams, but also to offer a better service to our clients, taking projects to a new level of excellence.
